Can’t find what you need?

  • Losses incurred as a result of damage, loss or late delivery of your parcel, across thousands of courier firms globally, during the period of cover. We cover items of a value up to £25,000.

    You are covered in the event of Damage or Loss which occurs in respect of an Order sent from the Originating Address to the Delivery Address. Whilst in transit and where the transit commences during the policy period.

    In respect of Damage or Loss, You are covered for the Total Transaction Value, up to the Maximum Loss Limit.

    Damage and Loss cannot occur in respect of the same Parcel.

  • CS teams no longer needs to file loss courier claims, Anansi will handle the entire loss claims process. We’ve also simplified damage claims. Our process takes minutes to file and only requires a photo as proof.

  • Anansi covers a wide range of goods. It's easier for us to tell you what isn't included!

    We do not provide cover for Damage or Loss of a parcel containing aerosols, ammunition, batteries (unless the batteries are already included with the delivered object and are therefore in the same package as the object), cash, clinical and/or medical waste, corrosives, environmental waste, explosives, flammable substances, fur, gases, jewellery, perishable goods, precious metals, radioactive materials and samples, solvent based-paints, tobacco, wood varnishes, works of art, or any items listed as prohibited or restricted under the Courier's terms and conditions.

  • The cover provided by this insurance applies to businesses based in England, Wales, Scotland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. It covers items in transit from the UK to worldwide (excluding sanctioned countries). We will be adding coverage for companies in other geographic territories (starting in the EEA), in due course.

  • Firstly, Anansi is FCA-regulated. Anansi Technology Limited (registered in England No. 11420090) is an Appointed Representative of Resolution Underwriting Partnership Limited, who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 308113) in respect of general insurance business and is registered in England No.05104119.

    This means that we must meet certain standards and follow the FCA rules. These rules are there to make sure that you're treated fairly, you're protected, and the products and services you're offered are suitable. A panel of major global insurers also backs us. And we deliver a 98% claims success rate.
