Rapid Pack Partners with Anansi To Remove the Burden of Claims

We’re excited to announce a new Partnership with Rapid Pack Fulfilment. Rapid Pack is an innovative 3PL that helps online stores scale easier and more profitably, and is on a mission to support growing brands with the logistics infrastructure they deserve.

The new 3PL partnership means that Rapid Pack can now offer their clients Anansi’s automated shipping insurance and remove the hassles associated with relying on the protection couriers offer.

Now, Rapid Pack stores who are a mix of B2B, B2C and DTC clients, can enjoy a multi-courier digital shipping insurance experience and say goodbye to relying on cumbersome courier shipping protection!

Anansi helps Rapid Pack Remove the Burden of Claims

One of the biggest problems that Rapid Pack and their clients face when goods get lost in transit, is dealing with claims. Filing claims across a number of different couriers is timely and frustrating and often involves chasing and performing admin in an effort to recoup some, but rarely all, of the loss.

Anansi’s shipping insurance removes the pain and gives e-commerce businesses back that lost time. Claims for both loss and delay are touchless; they generate automatically after a set number of days following the expected delivery date, and reimbursements for items’ full retail value are also triggered instantaneously.

The new insurance service links directly to Rapid Packs Order Management System, powered by MintSoft, making it easy for their clients to access. Leah Solmaz, Business & Marketing at Rapid Pack said:

“Anansi offers a service that immensely benefits our clients. It helps remove our clients’ frustrations when goods get lost in transit. Managing lost claims, across a number of different couriers, was time consuming and incredibly frustrating. But it’s not any more! With Anansi, claims for lost and delayed goods are automatically filed after a certain number of days and our clients are automatically reimbursed.”

Innovative automation for the 21st century

The new partnership helps Rapid Pack stay at the forefront of innovation and enables Anansi to extend their product to more e-commerce businesses. Finally shipping insurance that provides a digital experience fit for the 21st century that eradicates admin and automates the user experience from start to finish.

Megan Bingham Walker CEO & Co-founder of Anansi says:

“We’re really excited to start working with Rapid Pack Fulfilment who provide outstanding warehousing, fulfilment and shipping services to a multitude of exciting brands, and are looking forward to helping alleviate the challenges associated with lost goods in transit”

Revolutionising the customer experience

The Anansi offering is part of a wider Insurtech revolution leveraging digitalisation to improve the customer experience. A single, omni-channel connected experience (CX), as opposed to a fragmented one across a number of different channels: email, phone, web portal etc. immediately elevates the CX and becomes a customer-centric solution working for the customer rather than against.

But it’s not just about automating manual processes, it’s also important to retain the human touch at the most important points in an insurance journey – upon sign up and during the claims process. Which is why Anansi doesn’t overlook the human element and has a Customer Success team on hand to help with any queries from Partners, their clients or the clients’ customers.
